Shipping
*Items will ship via USPS or UPS and will have a tracking number. Once package is handed over to the USPS or UPS, The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is no longer responsible for the package. The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Any delayed, lost or stolen packages will have to be dealt with through USPS or UPS by you the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
