Our Story

Hello! My name is Rosetta and I’m the owner of The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio. I’m a military wife, mother of 2, Tahitian/Belly Dancer and Lupus Warrior. I started out making cakes when my husband was on active duty and my kids were little. It was something that kept me busy while hubby was in the field or deployed. But I ended up hurting my shoulder and that’s when I started crafting. It didn’t take long to realize that even though I loved making cakes, my passion was crafting. Over the years my passion has grown into what is now The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio. My business has allowed me to have a creative outlet instead of stressing over life. And most importantly be there for my children who both have ASD and other health issues and take care of my mother.
