*Please read in full before placing your order*
WELCOME
* Thank you for choosing The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio! Items are hand-made to order with love. Each design will have a slight variation due to being custom made and supplies availability. Colors may vary slightly due to color variation on your monitor/device.
Payment
* The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio accepts credit cards and PayPal for payments. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make your payment
Processing Time
* Due to the nature of custom/personalized items and items are made to order, please allow 7-14 business days not including holidays and shipping for production.
Shipping
* Items will ship via USPS or UPS. Once package is handed over to the USPS or UPS, The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is no longer responsible for the package. The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Any delayed, lost or stolen packages will have to be dealt with through USPS or UPS.
Returns and Exchanges
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds/exchanges for custom/personalized orders. If you are not happy with your order, please email info@ftistudio.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will be sent out. If the error is on your end, no refund or replacement will be made.
Custom Designs
* A proof will be sent to you for approval before item is made. Your payment includes 2 design changes. Any changes after that will be $10 per change.
Vinyl Decals
* Instructions will be provided on how to apply decals. The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is not responsible for failed application, unless The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio did the application.
