Processing Time

* Due to the nature of custom/personalized items and items are made to order, please allow 7-14 business days not including holidays and shipping for production. If possible item/s will be shipped sooner.

 

Shipping

* Items will ship via USPS or UPS. Once package is handed over to the USPS or UPS, The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is no longer responsible for the package. The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Any delayed, lost or stolen packages will have to be dealt with through USPS or UPS.

 

Returns and Exchanges

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds/exchanges for custom/personalized orders. If you are not happy with your order, please email info@ftistudio.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will be sent out. If the error is on your end, no refund or replacement will be made.
