* Items will ship via USPS or UPS. Once package is handed over to the USPS or UPS, Designs and Bling Custom Creations is no longer responsible for the package. Designs and Bling Custom Creations is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Any delayed, lost or stolen packages will have to be dealt with through USPS or UPS.
