Shipping

         *            Items will ship via USPS or UPS and will have a tracking number. Once package is handed over to the USPS or UPS, The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is no longer responsible for the package. The Flaming Thread & Ink Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Any delayed, lost or stolen packages will have to be dealt with through USPS or UPS by you the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

         *            ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds/exchanges for custom/personalized orders. If you are not happy with your order, please email info@ftistudio.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will be sent out. If the error is on your end, no refund or replacement will be made.
